Nur Utama Services had conducted a Web Application Development Course using the CodeIgniter 4 (CI4) Framework for the Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN), aimed at enhancing participants’ technical skills in developing more modern, structured, and efficient PHP-based systems.
This course covers key aspects such as the Model-View-Controller (MVC) structure, database management, the use of routes, controllers, and models, as well as the development of Create, Read, Update, and Delete (CRUD) functions using CI4. Participants were also exposed to best practices in developing secure and scalable dynamic web systems.
The training was designed to be hands-on and project-oriented to ensure that participants could directly apply the skills learned to real systems within their respective agencies.
Mobile Apps Training
React Native Mobile Apps Course, JPN
Nur Utama Services successfully delivered a Mobile Application Development Training Program utilizing the React Native framework for the National Registration Department of Malaysia (Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara, JPN). This program was designed to strengthen the technical competencies of JPN’s IT officers in the development of efficient, modern, and cross-platform mobile applications for both Android and iOS environments.
The training provided a comprehensive foundation in React Native development, covering key areas such as component management, navigation structures, and state management techniques. Participants were guided through practical integration of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and database connectivity, enabling the creation of dynamic, data-driven applications. The program also incorporated User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) best practices, ensuring the delivery of applications that are both functional and user-centric.
In addition to development skills, the course addressed the complete application lifecycle, including the packaging, testing, and deployment of mobile applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Emphasis was placed on secure coding practices, performance optimization, and scalability to meet the standards required for enterprise-level deployment.
Delivered through a hands-on, project-based learning approach, participants developed fully functional mobile applications tailored to organizational requirements. This ensured the direct application of acquired skills to real-world use cases within the department.
Upon completion, participants demonstrated enhanced capabilities in developing secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications, reinforcing JPN’s commitment to digital transformation and improving service delivery to the public.

Portal Management Training, AKPS
Nur Utama Services conducted a Portal Management Training Course for the Border Control and Protection Agency (AKPS) under the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN). The training aimed to empower officers and system administrators to manage the content, structure, and technical operations of the AKPS portal in a more organized, secure, and efficient manner.
The course covered key aspects such as portal page and article management, module and component configuration, user and access management, as well as system maintenance procedures, including backup and security updates. The training was delivered through hands-on sessions within the live system, enabling participants to apply their knowledge directly after the course.
This program supports KDN’s efforts toward digitalizing border management operations in a more effective and structured way.
